Our Perfect High Priest

Hebrews 5:1-10

In a world of imperfection, God's standard remains absolute: perfection. Jesus serves as our perfect high priest under the new covenant, representing humanity before God with complete perfection. Unlike Old Testament priests who were temporary and flawed, Jesus was divinely appointed and serves eternally. He became fully human while remaining fully God, experiencing every human struggle yet never sinning. Through His incarnation, sinless life, death, and resurrection, Jesus became the source of eternal salvation for all who trust in Him.
