Hebrews 2:5-18

The incarnation reveals that Jesus became fully human while remaining fully God, not just appearing human but authentically taking on complete humanity. He did this to fulfill God's original creation plan where humanity would rule over the earth, which was lost through Adam's sin. Jesus also became human specifically to die for all humanity, as only through taking on flesh and blood could He experience death and defeat it on our behalf. Through His suffering and death, Jesus secured complete salvation for everyone who believes. This profound truth should motivate us to persevere in faith, support gospel missions, and commit to becoming more like Christ in our daily lives.
