Jesus' Superior Priesthood (Part 1)

Hebrews 7:1-28

Hebrews 7 presents a compelling case for why Jesus holds a priesthood that surpasses anything the Old Testament system could offer. The argument is built around a mysterious figure named Melchizedek, a king-priest from Genesis 14 who foreshadowed a greater and eternal priest to come. Jesus fulfills that picture completely.
