Psalm 46:1-11
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, as Psalm 46 reminds us. When life shakes, God remains steady, offering not just protection but also strength to endure. His presence serves as a refreshing river amid chaos, bringing joy and steadiness through our trials. God’s power protects, sustains, delivers, and gives us confidence in the face of fear. The call to ‘be still and know that I am God’ invites us to active trust rather than exhausting ourselves with our own efforts.
