A Gospel Center Life
A Gospel Center Life | July 26, 2026
What does it mean to center your life around the gospel? Drawing from Philippians 1:12-18, Paul's life offers a powerful example of what it looks like when the gospel becomes the fixed point around which everything else is aligned. Before his conversion, Paul was Saul, a man devoted to destroying the Christian movement. After his encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus, his entire life was reoriented around one mission. Even from a Roman prison cell, he found ways to advance the gospel to the elite Praetorian Guard and eventually into Caesar's own household. Living a gospel-centered life means remembering your salvation story, embracing your calling, seeing every situation as an opportunity, and trusting in the supernatural power of the gospel itself. The power is never in the messenger. It is always in the message.
